For our Innovation team in Stuttgart, we are looking for a full-time Senior Consultant (m/f/d)  AI & Data Science to join us as soon as possible.

The Innovation team drives organizational change and efficiency by introducing new technologies and providing transparent guidance across CP. Our scope includes innovation and technology governance, market and technology analysis, and the evaluation and rollout of new tools and platforms (e.g., an AI platform) to enhance and streamline operations.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Organizational Development & Governance
    • Strengthen the AI Expert role at Creditplus to guide compliant AI Act introduction and support business units, including establishing effective governance structures with IT and other stakeholders.
    • Establish transversal governance for new technologies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., AI Act) and group standards.
  • Technology & Platform Evolution
    • Evolve the Data Science & AI workspace to support modern and efficient ways of working
    • Drive efficiency through new technologies, innovation, and improved business processes based, via own developments or consulting on 3rd party products
  • Community & Operating Model
    • Act as spokesperson for all data scientists and analysts within Creditplus, and align target architecture with IT operations.
    • Enhance the Data Science community and establish a center of excellence.

Your profil

  • Several years of experience in leading and independently developing and deploying and quantitative models
  • Detailed knowledge of data governance, quality frameworks, and validation of models and especially the EU AI Act
  • Experience with statistical programming languages (Python, R, SAS) and relevant packages (Oracle, SQL, SQLite, Parquet, Feather), optional experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, enabling the development of solutions that leverage generative AI when required. (Preferably AWS)
  • Familiarity with database systems, data management tools and efficient data storage
  • Excellent team player with the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and teams across different locations in an international setting
  • High motivation, flexibility and structured, independent working methods
  • Analytical mindset and ability to analyze, model, and communicate complex problems 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German & English. French is not necessary but considered a plus
